How do I get a quotation?
Send us your product dimensions and weight, the packaging type or application, the quantity needed, and any printing or logo requirements. We typically reply within 1 business day with a quote.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs are low and depend on the product size and complexity. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the exact MOQ in your quote.
Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes. We provide pre-production samples for design and fit confirmation, typically within 3–7 working days after design confirmation.
How long does mass production take?
Typically 10–20 working days after sample approval, depending on quantity and complexity.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship samples and small orders by express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) and bulk orders by air or sea freight, and will recommend the most cost-effective option.
What materials do you work with?
We manufacture custom EPE foam, EVA foam, sponge inserts, flocked foam, corrugated boxes and non-woven bags.
What is the difference between EVA and EPE foam?
EVA is denser with a premium look and precise fit — ideal for presentation packaging. EPE is lightweight and economical — ideal for transit protection. Both can be die-cut or molded to your product.
Can foam inserts be made to fit my exact product?
Yes. Inserts are die-cut or molded to your product dimensions, with options for cavities, layers, colors and flocked surfaces.
Can you print my logo on packaging?
Yes. We support logo and full-color printing on non-woven bags and custom markings on cartons; flocked and color-matched foam is available for inserts.
Are your materials eco-friendly?
EPE foam is recyclable and reusable. Non-woven polypropylene bags are reusable and recyclable where facilities exist. We can recommend eco-friendly options for your project.
Where is your factory located?
No. 221, Jiaxing North Road, Shuikou Town, Kaiping City, Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. Factory visits are welcome by appointment.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

What if my goods arrive damaged or not as approved?
